The Real Estate Division manages a wide-ranging portfolio of commercial and industrial properties throughout Israel.

 

The Division's team is responsible for arranging the Rent of various properties, as well as their ongoing maintenance for Tenant's  benefit. 

 

The Real Estate Division also works to improve land reserves for new real estate development and construction.

 

The Division is committed to realizing the vision of the Yakhin Group for the development of Israel’s outlying areas through creating employment and trade opportunities for residents and local businesses.

 

The Group’s current flagship project is the industrial, commercial and services complex at the entrance to the city of Ashkelon. This complex, which covers an area of about 25 hectares, currently serves as home to a number of industrial manufacturing companies from the southern region.
